Payments will be accepted via any of the following methods:
1. Direct telegraphic bank transfer to BCMS account.
2. Visa or Master Card.
3: Paypal: Will usualy incurr an extra small fee to cover charges. Paypal address: bluwater@westnet.com.au
4: Payments by instalment are also available. If you love it but just don’t have the available dollars at the particular time, the specimen/s will be set aside and a suitable payment plan can be discussed as required.

Postage/shipping: All orders will be dispatched via airmail immediately on receipt of payment. In most cases for orders above $350.00 air postage will be at no extra cost to you. Obvious exceptions will be the large, bulky or heavy items i.e. Syrinx aruanus etc, which will need to be calculated accordingly.
Grading etc: After 32 years of dealing with specimen shells I know well what a collector expects, and I view every single specimen that I sell through a genuine collectors eyes!…I closely examine each shell & I use a more finely tuned version of the tried and true grading system, this coupled with the various images will give you a very accurate assessment of the shells you are considering to purchase. Of course I am also very happy to provide further detailed information via email regarding imperfections on any specific shell.
Gem : No flaws visible to the naked eye.
Gem — : Near flawless but with one or two micro imperfections.
F+++/Gem : Very minor imperfections visible but not detracting from specimens overall appearance.
F+++ : Visible imperfection/s but still a beautiful quality shell.
F++/F+++ : More significant and/or visible imperfection/s but very far from ugly.
F++ : Visible imperfection/s but still a nice representative piece.
F+/F++ : A small chip and/or other defects but still shows well.
F+ : Significant chip and/or other defects, usualy still display quite well.
* Shells are a product of mother nature & every one is unique, not made in a factory, absolute perfection is rare!
* In the very unlikely event that you do perhaps receive a specimen from me that you are not 100% happy with, simply return within 7 days for your choice of a full and immediate refund, credit or exchange.

POR: In respect to those items listed as POR, I respond to each customer in turn as I receive the emails, the shell is then RESERVED for you untill a decision is made either way, then either listed as Sold or made available to the next interested collector in the cue.
